From San Diego, take Interstate 5 or 805 south to the Mexico-U.S. border.
At the border, stay in the right-hand lanes, but not in the lane furthest to the right (the customs declaration lane).
After crossing into Mexico, stay in the right-hand lanes. After one block you will come to a bridge with several traffic signs on it. Make sure you stay in the farthest right-hand lane, so you can take the exit under the bridge following the arrow on the bridge's 'Auto Insurance Store' sign.
Immediately in front of you will be the clinic building, a large, six-story brown building with the word "SIMNSA" on top.
Merge to the right to enter the parking lot in front of you.
Park in any available space (the parking lot of the clinic building provides a security guard from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday). Proceed to the opposite side of the building where the medical offices are located.
Take the elevator up to the William Hitt Center on the sixth floor, Suite 603.
Walking into Mexico
Take the last U.S. freeway exit off Interstate 5 and park at one of the paid, attended parking lots, or take the blue line San Diego trolley to the border.
Entry to Mexico is on the west side of the freeway. Walk straight in through both sets of turnstiles.
Walk to the right around the taxi parking lot, and you will promptly come to a traffic circle. Across the traffic circle on your left you will see the six-story, brown Simnsa office building with a parking lot below it.
Carefully cross the street to the Simnsa building. Take the elevator up to the sixth floor, Suite 603, the William Hitt Center.
William Hitt Center is located inside the SIMNSA building
